The idea for the documentary was first mooted in 1992 jointly
by Stuart Little |
and Peter Kidman but serious research did not begin until KLA was formed in 1996. The shooting
of interviews and presenter-to-camera material was mainly undertaken from January - August
1997 and editing and post production from September 1997 - June 1998.
 The
video was launched at the Londesborough Room of the Palm Court of the Alexandra Palace on
Monday 29 June 1998 when most of those involved in the production gathered together for
the first time along with many invited guests and the Press. For Stuart and Peter the
launch was the culmination of four years of planning and effort and proved to be the most
satisfying day in the company thus far for both of them.
