ADVICE TO CLIENTS RE PACKAGING AND POSTING

You may wish to deliver your media to us personally and we are happy to receive this at our business address. However we are a working production company and also involved in delivering training courses at these and other premises, so please ring us first to ensure that someone will be available to receive you.

Please ensure that your tapes/discs/film reels etc are adequately protected if sending through the post. Bubble wrap and padded envelopes are usually satisfactory.

We would advise you to send your media as a recorded delivery via Royal mail or private courier.

Please include clear instructions for your order and most importantly provide us with a contact name and telephone number as well as an address for delivery of the completed work.

There is no need to send payment with your order. Payment will be on completion.
