KLA offers under its Fourplay Productions banner a fixed-price package for the production of a professional showreel tailor-made to the requirements of individual actors and presenters. Whilst the Performers' Showreel is fixed price the KLA approach is flexible so that it can even be used for actors or presenters with insufficient or inappropriate video material.

Showreel Features

The principal feature of the Performers' Showreel is that the performer him/herself acts as the presenter to camera guiding the viewer through the various elements of the showreel and acting as the link between these elements. This of course requires shooting and KLA will liaise with the performer in choosing a suitable location at which to carry this out.

The second innovation is that KLA will shoot one staged drama or mock presenter sequence of the performers choice. Again the location for this would be agreed between KLA and the performer though the fixed charge would not cover the cost of additional performers, scenery props or location rental.

Other standard features consist of:

- title and credit (graphics) sequences

- captions introducing each clip

- size A300 plastic case covers individually-tailored within standard
  design parameters

- videocassette face and spine labels

-three VHS copies each in a A300 case with cover

The content of the showreel will vary with the individual requirements of the performer. Whilst it will often include clips from performances, if no appropriate clips are available then we might suggest:

            - a second staged drama/mock presenter sequence

            - the use of stills edited together with music/and or voice over

In all cases KLA would expect to provide a showreel lasting not less than 5 minutes and not more than 10 minutes.
