KLA can deliver raw camera material (DV/DVDCAM or Mini DV) immediately after
the event recorded. For material that requires full editing KLA will
advise a delivery timescale in its formal quote.

| Liabilities: | All reasonable care is taken to record events faithfully and to customers' specification. However in the event of failure to carry out the recording satisfactorily KLA's liability is limited to a refund of any deposit paid. |
